The front hub is completely replaced with a new seal bearing hub.
All the spokes were cut to the length and prepped with the alloy nipples for the building.

A Brompton rider came in with his pre-2013 M6R and asked if he could have a solution on his wearing down single wall wheelset. His single wall rims for sure wasn’t doing well after all the braking and mileage.
I rightfully suggest him to take up the Faxson replacement rims options to give the internal hub’s driven wheels set a new life. This replacement option is having the matching 28 holes on the rear hub, while the front wheel will be completely replaced with a seal bearing hub with 20 spokes/hub to provide the maximum smoothness.
Better known as the titanium guy at Bike48/Brompton slimming center. Always trying to tell people titanium is 41% lighter than steel. Proactively modding up his Brompton with the leftover parts!
